This apartment is a privately owned unit in a brand new condominium complex completed in 2015. It has a luxury, contemporary feel throughout. 12 ft vaulted ceilings, large doors and bright decor really opens the space up. Both bedrooms are spacious with king size beds and bathrooms are tiled floor to ceiling. One full bathroom with large tub and shower cubicle, the other a large 7 ft walk-in shower The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances inc. dishwasher, all pots, pans chinaware and cutlery. The lounge has a sofa bed to accommodate more guests (up to 6). Also there are washing facilities in the laundry room. The terrace area is a large 250 sqft deck that leads into the garden and looks out onto the waterway. On the deck there is patio furniture for lounging/eating which can sit up to 8 (4 x seats and 4 x footstools). The large pool is just outside to the east of the apartment. Access to the dock area is just in front of the unit and you can have a go at trying to haul in dinner for the day! There is also on site parking available.

LOCATION
Nearby amenities include Taino Beach Resort which has a public restaurant and bar which are on the beachfront. Part of the same resort group Flamingo Bay Hotel is situated opposite where there is a ferry to Port Lucaya (the main tourist hub) that runs 8 a.m. - 11 p.m. on the hour every hour. Bahamas Adventures is also just a two minute walk away where you can spend an all inclusive beach day with kayaks, paddle boards and ocean trampoline are just a few of the activities on offer with full restaurant/bar and music. Wednesday night is Fish Fry night at Smith's Point which is just 1 mile (approx 15 mins walk) to Taino public beach, where great food, music and dancing are the dish of the day!!
UNEXSO Dolphin Experience and dive center is located right at the dock of the ferry stop in Port Lucaya.
The main outlet from Bell Channel to the ocean is just around the corner from Lucaya Gardens so if you want to travel on your own vessel then you could be out fishing or snorkeling within minutes.
Port Lucaya is just a few minutes on the ferry where you will find the main marina and the Port Lucaya Market Place square with live entertainment. Surrounded by bars and restaurants of all types of cuisine, it is the perfect location for a fun filled evening.
Garden of the Groves, a lovely botanical garden with a great restaurant and guided tours around the gardens, is just 5 miles away.
Gold Rock national park and beach is a 20 minute drive, here you will find the underwater cave system, Gold Rock beach and the mangroves where you can take a guided kayak tour.
Paradise Cove beach is where you will find 'Deadman's Reef' the perfect place to go snorkeling at all levels, complete with beach bar/restaurant on site just 40 mins west of Lucaya Gardens

Beautiful Condo that feels more like a private house

We came into the property after a long hard boat ride over and when we saw the beautiful big yellow condo it made the long day worth the travel over! It is beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun family trip. Sarah was on site and greeted us and was very accomodating to any of our needs.
I don't believe there was anyone staying on the property as guests. We never saw anyone else but Sarah. That was kind of nice although we don't mind making new friends!
The boat dock area was nice and Sarah made sure we had a hose and fresh water to rinse the boat off each day. There was also an electrical hookup if needed with an extension cord. The pool was a nice temperature and within 20 feet of the door to the condo.
The condo itself was open and spacious and had a cool modern feel but still it was cozy. Bathrooms were big and spacious as well.
The one small thing I would say is there was no local TV stations. However we were able to stream a major news feed from the states. And we could get our Netflix so it was all good.
We brought food over so we used the kitchen for every meal. I had everything I needed for cooking. It would be great to have a gas grill for cooking outside since it was so nice out. There was a small charcoal grill but we didnt have any charcoal. Although I'm sure Sarah would have helped us out in getting some.
Overall our stay was fantastic! If we ever find our way to Lucaya we will definitely stay here again!

Just spent an amazing 4 nights at this gorgeous place and could not have been more impressed! Gavin and Sarah were so helpful in guiding us through our stay. Their recommendations for excursions , restaurants etc were spot on and Gavin even took us to an awesome cliff jumping spot that the kids loved! The unit is spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The pictures don’t do it justice - beautiful high ceilings and top quality construction is obvious throughout. The private pool is surrounded by lush landscaping and there is even a brand new dock that is a great sunbathing spot. We highly recommend this amazing place !!

This condo is the perfect spot for a fishing trip. Just steps out of the back door to the dock, pool and fish cleaning table. Marina is right across the waterway for fuel and ice. Unit was beautifully furnished and the kitchen nicely equipped with everything needed to cook up a great meal. Gavin went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We look forward to our next visit!

I can’t say enough about Gavin the on-site contact for your stay !!! We had one issue with the WiFi router that Burnt-out during a storm and he responded immediately with another one and a laptop to program it !!!! I have a Vrbo property I rent as well and I understand the problems and I KNOW Good Service when it’s provided ! This is a great place to stay !!!!

Came over from WPB by boat for a few days of fishing. I wish the weather would have been as great as this pad. Super nice inside, awesome pool, great dockage, and a great caretaker in Gavin. We will be back
